| 20 | Providing and fixing homogeneous 2mm thick Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) sheet flooring and skirting (Make: Tusker/Excel or equivalent approved quality) in approved colour,shade,and pattern,over a smooth, levelled,and damp-proof base.The scope of work shall include: Surface preparation including cleaning, levelling,and filling undulations/cracks using approved materials such as JK Wall Putty/POP,wherever required.Providing and applying rubber-based adhesive of approved make such as Dunlop S-758/Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent,laying of PVC sheets with proper alignment,pattern matching, and tight jointing,fixing PVC skirting to required height with proper finishing,rolling the surface with a light wooden roller (~5 kg) to ensure proper bonding and removal of air gaps,trimming edges,sealing joints,and finishing to achieve a smooth and uniform surface.The item shall be complete in all respects as per approved design, specifications,and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 21 | Supplying and laying 80 mm thick heavy-duty interlocking concrete paving blocks of approved colour,shape,and size,over a prepared base,complete as per approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.The scope of work shall include: Site preparation including clearing, trimming, levelling, and dressing of the subgrade,compaction of subgrade using plate compactor/rammer to achieve required density.Providing and laying 50 mm thick quarry dust bedding layer,properly spread,levelled,and compacted.Laying of 80 mm thick interlocking paver blocks in approved pattern and alignment with proper jointing.Filling joints with fine sand/quarry dust and compacting using plate compactor to achieve a tight interlock.Providing 125 mm wide concrete edge restraint (PCC) along the perimeter to retain paving blocks, as per design/drawing.Final finishing, cleaning,and making good the surface.The item shall be complete in all respects including all materials,labour,tools,and equipment as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
