Stage-I Work of Prepration of Detailed project report for Development work of Gambhiri River front Including 2D,3D Plan,Working Plan , Design , Drawing with relevant data and measures. Detailed Estimation with BSR non BSR item. Topography and Engineering Survey (including google maps, khasra plan superimpose), Hydraulic Survey, L-Section, X-Section, Detailed Drawings, Designs (Should be Approved from MNIT/Govt. Engg. college), layout plan, Establishment of TM/Bench mark, soil testing, Detail estimation, Abstract of costing.

Stage-II Document-Preparation of Technical bid, Financial bid as per project requirement.

Stage-III Visits=2 visits before starting of project, 4 visits meanwhile execution of work, 1-2 visits before completion. (Survey team, Civil and Structural engineering team)
