Name of Work:- Rehabilitation of Sewer Network, manholes and other ancillary units in Baina, other left out and its surrounding areas in Mormugao Taluka.

1Topographical survey to determine non man entry sewer alignment including GL,IL connection sewer/laterals levels MH positions, tracing of buries manholes along alignment proxim,ity of structures, measurements of exact length between manholes & submission of detailed report and drawings is approved format in three sets of hard copy and one set of soft copy.
2Desilting the sewer lines through jetting and suction machines including cleaning, barricading, and reconstruction of Manholes for section isolation by plugging and flow stoppage, setting up the over-pumping arrangements, traffic management jetting and dislodging. of accumulated silt from the pipelines, removal of silt through suction hose, disposal of removed silt upto a distance of 20 Km, necessary temporary repairs of sewers to stop locational collapses, ingress of ground water in the desilted section of the pipelines all complete as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. In line with the specifications prescribed in lndSTT:201-2018: Code of Practice for Cured in Place Pipe Technique Suiting Indian Conditions:Appendix B

7Cutting the bituminous road for laying the pipeline in trenches for a width of 0.6m including labour , tools etc, and disposing the excavated excess material from the trench to a distance of 1000 meters, including making level the trench surface by utilising the serviciable material to the level of the top surface of road, by compacting, watering ramming with rolling with road roller after completion of laying of pipe and refilling the trenches etc. complete as per the direction of engineer incharge.
8Confined Excavation of Shafts for pipe jacking/ramming purpose in soil inclusive of H Beam Strutting with MS Plate/Cubicalwooden laggings and maintaining the shaft during construction operation and backfilling the same after the eompletion of work For Shafts upto 7.5m x5m and upto depth of 5m in all type of soil mixed with soft rock
9Plugging of manhole both from upstream and pumping of Sewage from upstream or downstream sides while carrying out rectification of the Sewerlines /removing chokeup with sand bags and removing the same plugging after completion of the said work and making way for the smooth flow of sewage as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
10Temporary by passing of Sewer - Plugging the mouth of pipe/s inside sewer manhole using suitable plugging system and installation of bypass arrangement for bypassing the sewage flow , including ,but not limited to ,pumps pipes, connections, couplings ,electrical accessories ,support,traffic diversions arrangements etc including desilting of manholes, disposal of debris as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and keeping the manhole free from seepage and removal of bypass by deplugging the mouth of pipe inside sewer manhole and removal of by pass system and making the sewer system operational as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Chief. 32Raising of buried manholes to the required level wherever required by demolishing reconstruction of taper portion and restoration of road/ground surface to its original condition as per standard specifications and directions and as perstandard drawing. (The item will be operated only with prior approval of the Engineer-in-charge based on the contractors report on condition of assessment of manholes)

35Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) lining using Hot water/ Steam Curing/UV Ray Curing of resin impregneted felt: Rehabilitation of existing pipeline by CIPP Structural lining method including site survey, plugging and flow diversion, cleaning, pre lining CCTV, Repair of defects, pre lining measurement, designing, site preparatory work, installation of resin impregnated liner, curing of liner using hot water/ steam recirculation , post lining CCTV and measurement, rehabilitation of manholes, testing and commissioning and restoration of roads and surfaces all inclusive as per lndSTT : 201-2018; Code of Practice for Cured in Place Pipe Technique Suiting Indian Condition.

38Manhole Rehabilitation:The epoxy mortar coating shall be applied to all internal surfaces of the lower part of thee machine holes upto 1 m height above the benching and epoxy painting on cement plastered surface above benching up to the top of Machine holes.Protective coating is applied to the required internal surfaces of the concrete and brickwork. The thickness of the coating is to be thickened at corners, terminations and junctions with the end of the lining to form smooth transitions to the dimensions shown on the Contract Drawings.Where the epoxy mortar is applied over joints where the depth of mortar loss following cleaning exceeds the minimum required to anchor the coating the difference may be made up by either increasing the epoxy mortar filling in the joint.Recommended Products:TraditionalA. 51Pipeline CCTV inspection and Conditional Assessment ofRehabilitated/Lined pipe lines for the purpose of assessing the quality of lining installation along with performing a thorough conditional assessment of the pipeline and creation of milestone inspection data, using Robotic self-propelled Crawler ROV equipped with sewer-class full colour PTZ camera having 4X to 10X Optical Zoom, 360° endless rotation, panning and ‡135° to +180° tilting operation and submission of Conditional Assessment Report as per WRC standards using WRC compliant reporting software along with video/photographic records on DVD/pen drive.

54Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. 55Repairs and reinstatement to the road for trenches made by laying water supply pipeline, by removing the refilled material in the trench for the total depth of 0.40m and making good the road surface by providing laying rolling by road roller compacting for laterite soling 30cm thick, two layer of full grout of 50mm thick each as per specifications mentioned in item no 14086 of road GSR, complete as per the direction of the engineer in charge.
