Name of Work:- Annual Maintenance Contract for grass/bush Cutting and ploughing of RESA in operational area at Naini Saini Airport, Pithoragarh for year 2026-27.

Cutting and clearing grass ,bushes available inside operational area,with manual /hand held motorable cutting machine to the locations/areas where work can't be performed with other means like Tractor/JCB etc due to ponding ,drain edges, pavement edges, adjacent to boundary wall etc i/c disposal of rubbish outside the Airport premises all complete as per satisfaction of EIC.Note:-Liaison with ATC through Walkie Talkie and local body like muncipal corporation etc for disposal of rubbish (grass, bushes, trees etc.) to be done by Agency and nothing will be paid extra on account of this.

Bushes/ Grass cutting by mechanical means wherever required with handheld machine/tractor with grass cutting machine, including driver,fuel & lubricants etc, in operational area as and when ever required and cleaning & removal of cut grass from Pavement areas as per instructions of EIC all complete.(Note:-Liaison with ATC through Walkie Talkie & cleaning of paved area will be agencies responsibility and nothing will be paid extra on account of this.)

Harrowing work upto depth 150mm at specified Area with the help of tractor & assembly to make the soil pulverised as & when required and removing of vegetation & wild growth i/c debries from site all complete as per satisfaction of EIC.Note:-Liaison with ATC through Walkie Talkie to be done by Agency and nothing will be paid extra on account of this.

Provision of JCB including operator, fuel and helper for uprooting of left overparts of trees of girth above 300 mm and other miscellenaous works all complete as per satisfication of EIC. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
