| 2 | Providing , laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80-100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and technical specification clause 406 and as per direction of Engineer in charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. |
| 3 | Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.0 kilogram (zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per technical specification clause-502 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge all kinds of soil including entire carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 4 | Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion (RS-I) distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg (zero point two five to zero point three zero kilograme) per Square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated primer and cleaned with hydraulic Broom as per technical specification clause 503 as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 5 | Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimetere) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with bitumen of grade VG-30 (viscosity grade-thirty) Made of H.P.C.L, B.P.C.L, Indian oil corporation @ 5.50% (five point five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (three percent) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 6 | Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m(fifty metre) dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material ordinary soil upto 3m(three metre) depth as directed by Engineer-in-charge all kinds of soil including entire carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 7 | Providing and laying in cement concrete grade 1:3:6 (one cement :three coarse sand :six graded stone aggreate) 20 mm(Twenty milimillter) norminal size grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering upto plinth level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. |
| 8 | Providing weep holes in brick/stone masonry/ plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls, return walls, retaining walls and breast wall with 100mm( one hundred millimetre) dia PVC pipe made of finolex pipe having pressure not less than 4kg/Cm2. (four kilogram per centimetre square) extending through the full width of the structures with slopes of I(V): 20(H) one vertical twenty horizontal towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
