Fabrication, supply and installation of GI duct fabricated from 22 gauge (0.8 mm), (Grade 100 gm/m2 Zinc Coating as per IS 277) class VIII, Jindal/ Tata make GI Sheet. Installation complete with supports out of angles / channels /rods, anchor fasteners wherever required, GS nuts, bolts, gaskets, testing and as per the specifications.

Supply, fabrication and installation of cross link poly ethylene insulation over the GI duct. Thickness of insulation 13 mm having protective cover of alupet on one side and as per specifications.

Provision, supply, cutting, welding, fabrication, and installation of structural steel members such as posts, trusses, duct supports, etc., using MS hollow/square/tubular sections, L-shaped equal angles, and MS sheets, including the application of a coat of zinc chromate primer of approved make, all as per specifications, drawings, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. MS supports/structures are preferably fabricated from 50 mm × 50 mm × 5 mm angles for ducts, duct stiffeners, etc. SS wire bird mesh will be fixed at the duct openings.
