To perform under term contract such works on the terms and conditions and Delhi Schedule of Rates 2021 together with errata/ amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documentsm as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates during the period of 12 Months from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid Delhi Schedule of Rates 2021 and at such other rates as may be fixed under the Contract Agreemant.NOTES:-1.1. The bidder have to select the option \\"Excess (+)\\" OR \\"Less (-)\\" available at the cell of the BOQ to quote the percentage above or below on Delhi Schedule of Rates 2021 respectively.1.2. The Bidder have to insert the amount at the cell of the BOQ to quote the precentage above or below Delhi Schedule of Rates 2021. Percentage quote by the bidder is inclusive Market variation (MV)/Cost Index and all taxes as applicable (i.e, GST, EPF, ESIC, LWC & etc.).1.3. Amount inserted by the department under Esimate cost column reflected in this page is a rough guidanced and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out based on precentage rate quoted by the Bidder shall also be treated as rough and for refercence only. The acceptance of contract offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on Delhi Schedule of Rates 2021. The various workes/ Services shall be placed for amount worked out/ price on the rates contained in Delhi Schedule of Rates 2021 duly adjusted by precentage rate quoted by the bidder.
