Fabrication of new PPGI Sheet Shed at Tube well Channi Kamala by dismantling the existing one entirely, including removal of all debris after providing and erection of PPGI Sheets on the angle iron frame of size 14’ x 12’ in the rectangular shape by welding 65 mm X 65 mm x 5mm MS angle iron section lengths to make a rectangular roof for shed. The angle iron roof frame to be supported by adequate vertical length of angle iron section 65 mm X 65 mm x 5mm with a height of 10.3’ at one side and 10’ from the ground level at the other side of the shed to provide a gradual slanting slope to roof of shed for easy flow of water during rains from the ground level. Providing / Fitting of the vertical frames of ISMC–100 steel channels in four corners comprising of a total of six channels (three on one side and three on the other side) to be embedded with a cement concrete mix of 1:2:4 ratio after laying of cement concrete blocks with TMT steel mesh each with size of 2’x2’x2’ for proper erection of angle frame along the corners. Pre-colored iron Sheets of thickness 0.5 mm to be fixed on the angle iron frame horizontally and vertically with the help of hooks, screw and nuts to make it complete water proof. Job includes design, fabrication and fixing of Iron fabricated doors with angle iron frame in two parts each having size of 2.5 feet x 7 feet as an entry point of shed having strength to provide sufficient curtain stiffness for resisting manual pressure and normal wind pressure. These doors should have latches for locking with floor as well as can be interlocked with each other from inside as well as from outside the shed. Fabrication of one no. iron window having size 3’ x 3’ with angle iron frame and iron material fixed on the window angle frame in opposite to door for cross ventilation. Providing, fitting and welding of suitable supports of angle iron lengths for proper strengthening and durability of the shed. Painting of the angle frames, doors, channels and windows with superior quality enamel paint. Complete flooring and electrification of new fabricated PPGI Shed. Cleaning of surface of shed for garbage including disposal of garbage/debris to the dumping ground within 20 mtrs lead. Providing and laying in position M-15 grade of PCC floor of suitable depth in such a way that floor remains approx. 6” above the ground level after laying and finishing. PCC flooring includes the cost of cantering, ramming, shuttering and reinforcement work after providing of suitable filling earth material for complete leveling of surface using manual labor on whole floor area. Laying of cement concrete on whole floor area in ratio of 1:2:4 mix concrete by way of providing of cement, sand and bajri and laying of cement concrete plinth 01 feet above ground level all along the periphery inside the shed Job includes making drainage/slope all around the outside periphery of shed with suitable gradient for speedy draining of water. The complete electrification of shed by way of providing and fitting of PVC pipes 1” dia., bends, junction boxes, hooks box 12 module 2 nos. box 4 module - 2 nos., box 2 module-1 no, fixing using drill machine and anchoring with nuts & bolts along with at least providing and fitting of one no. 15 ampere socket-switch, one no. 5 ampere socket-switch. Complete wiring in shed by providing and laying of copper wire 0.5 mm2 & 11/2 mm² from main switch to all the different connections and to different switch boards. Providing and fitting of pendant holders for complete illumination and then fitting of LED bulbs. Complete testing of each point with respective switches. The Job also includes complete transfer of all electro-mechanical machinery from old shed to the new shed and complete testing of all the shifted machineries in the new shed. The job includes cost of all material such as ISI conformed pre-colored PPGI sheets, angle iron hooks cement, bajri, sand welding charges, cutting charges and all types of labour charges required for skilled and unskilled labour.
