Casing pipe BLIND upto location of tube well, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The cost also includes 3rd party inspection of M.S. casing Pipe from Govt. approved/designated agency. |

| 6 | Development of Tube Well in accordance with IS:2800 (Part-I) and IS: 11189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit) with required capacity air compressor for required time till the Tube Well is fully developed measuring yield of well by “V” Notch method or any other approved method, measuring static water level & draw down etc. By step draw down method, collecting water sample and testing from approved laboratory including disinfection of Tube Well . Complete job includes hire and labour charges of air compressor, tools and accessories etc. |
| 7 | Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of electro-mechanical Components for installation of submersible pump set along with other allied works i.e Providing/fitting of G.I. Pipe 50 mm dia (Medium Class) 130.00 M-150.00 M /as per site requirement. Cutting of G.I pipes of 6.00 M length in 03.00 M length each. Then providing and fabrication of M.S. Flanges and welding the same on both sides of G.I. Pipes in proper alignment. Complete job including cost of G.I. Pipe, MS Flanges and other miscellaneous items and cost of carriage/transportation of material from workshop to the site of work. Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set of parameters 2500 GPH at a head of 180 M to 200 M/as per site requirement of reputed make conforming to IS Code: 8034. The job includes carriage of material to the site of work and lowering of submersible pump set in to the bore hole by way of coupling of flanged G.I. Riser Pipes with fixtures such as nuts, bolts & washers to a depth 130.00 M to 150.00 M/ as per requirement and making of electrical connections with starter panel. Fabrication of well cap, tie rod along with G.I. bend, elbow for delivery of water. Providing, fitting and installation of submersible starter controller capable of protection of current related faults and voltage related faults in sheet enclosure type of reputed make including fabrication of steel enclosure outdoor electrical cabinets with canopy for motor starter. Providing and laying of 06.00 sq. mm 3 Core submersible cable 150.00 M to 170.00 M/as per site requirement & also providing and fitting of 3.5 -Core PVC insulated armored aluminum cable 25.00 sq. mm- 40.00 M to 60.00 M (Approx.) /as per site requirement as service line required from LT Pole to starter panel of reputed make.
