M&L preventive and comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated lift (01 Nos) located in restricted area through OEM i.e Thyssen krupp Elevator Company Ltd ,suitable for carrying capacity upto 15 persons/stretcher /catering Services etc of speed upto 1.0 M/sec , with operating range from ground floor and upto 2nd floor (G+2) installed in bldg automatic operation with microprocessor based VVVF electronic control, automatic car leveling and necessary automatic power operated steel sliding door for car and automatic push button operated door for landing, haulting position indicator in car, cabin fan, cabin lighting, emergency lighting etc. by providing services of lift technician (Skilled ITI qualified with sufficient experience in day to day maintenace and emergency rescue operation ) for HQ 4 Corps Bldg in required shift on all days excluding Sunday and Holiday including taking care of from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of lifts to the entire satisfaction of users /depatment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Shift Details:- (a) One Lift technician for HQ 4 Corps - 02 ShiftNote :- If required any Sunday and holiday services of lift technician is required , then contractor has to provide the services without any extra charges and leave will be provided to that employee in liue of that day working on some other day as decided by Engr-in-Charge.
