| 1 | M& L for Servicing of DG set by deputing OEM service representative to attend the DG set regularly to carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance checks on diesel generating set (of any Make and carryout the Starting system, Fuel injection system, Transmission system, generation system, Battery check up, Alternator check etc. check/works during the calender year all as directed by Engg-in-charge.Carry out maintenance/check as per maitenance schedule during every visit as per contract. Note 1 : All major spare parts costing above Rs. 500 will be measured & paid separately. Note 2 : Minor Spare parts costing upto Rs. 500 deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor for comprehensive/routine maint. Note 3 : Periodical testing register shall be maintained at site and produced to Engg-in- charge for sign on monthly basis. Note 4 : All Routine maintenance/testing shall be done through Specialist agency. |
