Note :(i) Complaints shall be attended by Electrician with in 48 Hrs . (ii) Any items consumed in the Light Complaints, shall be measured seprately with fixing charges . No attending charges shall be paid extra for Complaints for that complaint. (iii) Electric complaints attending charges is not paid when Any other item(New Electric fitting,Cable,Submain wiring etc) has been consumed already. (iv)If Contractor fails to rectify complaint with in 48 hrs ,Then 100 Rs per Complaints per 24 hrs shall be recovered in the RAR.(v) Ladder for fixing and repair work of LED Street light provide by the contractor. |
