Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced)/ lime concrete as in sunken portion / ground floor of any description and any thickness including removing rubbish complete all ass specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or or equivalent make in list of makes as approved by GE applied in two coats @ 3kg/sqm over a saturated surface to sanwiched with glass fibre reinforcement: Sika Fab-1 now called as Sika Fabric-50 or equivalent make in list of makes as approved by GE over base coat as per manufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion.Note : The interval between each coat of coating application is 6-8 hrs. The 2 coats must be applied at right angle to each other with a brush. Finally sprinking sand over the second coat for better adhesion with plaster

Supply only glass fibre fabric. Make : Sika Fab-1 now called as Sika Fabric-50 or equivalent make in list of makes as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering of uneven surfaces at bottom and sides up to floor level with 15 mm thick CM 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with and including integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in list of makes as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed including filling it with water to check dampness and seppage and where dampness / seppage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. Note :- WPC Shall be measured seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in list of makes as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed

M&L for all junctions points of side wall where CI/GI/PVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty Sikaguard 694 F(I) or equivalent make in list of makes as approved by GE @ 150gms /Sqm and including after drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

M&L for providing and fixing 12-16mm dia injection ports non returnable nozzle by drilling, cleaning and sealing holes 50-75 mm deep with fast setting high strength Epoxy putty, solvent free, three component compound based on epoxy resins, graded fillers and thixotropic agents as approved by GE as in beams, columns, slab and parapets as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for grouting of nozzles with low viscous moisture insensitive, High strength, epoxy resin grout as approved by GE with pressure not excedding 2-3 Kgf/Sqcm till the nozzle refuses to take further grout including cutting extra length of the nozzle after the grout hardens and finishes as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.
