| 6 | Supply and fixing street light bracket made out of 25 mm dia GI pipe light grade of length upto 1.5 mtr bent to shape required with and including 2 Nos, 50 x 6 mm MS flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts, washer etc and applying one coat of aluminium paint to clamps including dismantling of old brackets complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L local sand dry, filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | S & F in replacement GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified & directed. |
| 13 | Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium copper conductor , 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 core 35 Sqmm complete including cutting of existing bituminous Road/payment/ footpath upto 0.75 metre in depth, 0.45m in width and getting out excavated material and making good the damaged portion after laying the pipe by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B2 upto top of the road all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 16 | Supply and erection (in repair) in truly vertical position in replacement LT Steel tublar swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolt , nut and screwed type 410 SP 31 09 mtrs long Class -10 including painting of poles with two coats of synthatic enamel paint in black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles including PCC 1:3:6 type C-2,using stone aggregate 40mm graded as incoping and for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 17 | M&L for earthing in replacement complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x 6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR -1991 Part I and connecting to arthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all asshown in electrical plate in No 5 of SSR(Pt-I)1991 complete all as specified and dirfected by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 18 | M & L for junction box hot press moulded SMC of inside dimension size 250 x200x 100 mm and outside dimention 295 x 255 x 120 mm with locking arrangements consisting of necessary suitable arrangements for incoming & out going cables with cable glands & having aluminium bus bar 4 strips of 20x3mm for TPN on necessary epoxy base insulator and fixing of 6 Amp MCB SPN, including necessary 25x3mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts & washers all as specified and directed. |
