| 8 | M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust & mud of water scoring sunken surface in road etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat of catoinic emulsion RS I grade @ 2.5kg per 10 sqm and putting in premixed bituminous macadam ,well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings,6.3 mm size and again well rammed(including supply of premixd macadam, binder and chippings complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Providing & laying design mixed, semi dense bituminous concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-30, rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber with power road roller exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne complete in all respect as specified & directed. Note:- No extra amount will be paid for variation of qty of binder content. |

| 12 | M&L for 2.5mm thick Thermoplastic road marking material/ Hot making paint (min. qty of material @ 2.02 gm per Cucm) of specified shade/colour using hot process by fully automatic thermplastic materials applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads (minimum qty of mglass beads @ 30% of main material's by weight) to be embedding and anchoring at a depth of 50-60% and should be pressure type system, having tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface incl cost of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, cleaning the road surface of all dirts, seals, oil grease, grass and foreign materials etc., complete in all respect as specified & directed.
