| 1 | Preparation of architectural and structural drawings based on the approved line plan, including building plan, section, elevation, and all connected details for 02(Two) Nos Watch Towers with Gaurd Room of staging height G+2.The process shall be performed in the following steps:(a) Preparation of detailed architectural drawings including plan, elevation, section, and layout. Drawings shall be prepared in AutoCAD and submitted.(b) Structural design of RCC structure using STAAD Pro/ETABS as per relevant/latest IS Codes. (i) Design shall consider Safe Bearing Capacity (SBC) of soil, Seismic forces as per IS 1893, Wind loads as per IS 875 and All applicable load combinations. (ii) Preparation of detailed structural drawings including Foundation layout and detailsColumn layout, Beam layout, Slab reinforcement details, Staircase details Bar Bending Schedule (BBS). |
| 2 | (c) Preparation of estimate and costing based on MES SSR-2020 (Part-II) including Bill of quantity(BOQ) and yardstick detail submit to GE office and made correction, if any, before final submission. Note : Structural design and drawings shall be checked and vetted by any Government Engineering College. Final vetted drawings shall be submitted in 05 hard copy sets, 01 copy in tracing paper and 01 soft copy in CD. |

Weather shelter for main gate no 1 & 2 with MS frame structure with PPGI roof sheets and ACP cladding / ceiling having span (12 mtr x 10mtr) at both gate including lightening & Earthing layout .Final Drawings should be submitted in 05 set in Hard Copy (01 copy in tracing paper) and 01 set in soft copy (CD). |
| 6 | (ii) Preparation of Structural design and drawing of Weather shelter for main gate no 1 & 2 on STAAD Pro/Etabs based on approved Architectural drawing and soil report as per relevant latest IS Codes.The structural drawing shall be checked and vetted by approved Govt. Engineering college.Final Drawings should be submitted in 05 set in Hard Copy (01 copy in tracing paper) and 01 set in soft copy (CD).(iii) Preparation of detailed estimation and costing based on SSR- 2020(Part-II) and bill of quantity(BOQ) and yardstick detail for the above mentioned building. |
| 7 | Preparation of Architectural drawing based on approved line plan including plan, section and elevation of building. Area of building : RCC main gate entry and exit each having 5 meter width in addition to 1.2 meter picket gate including ACP Cladding, provision & providing location of Boom Barrier and its LT feeder pillar.(a) Final Drawings should be submitted in 05 set in Hard Copy (01 copy in tracing paper) and 01 set in soft copy (CD).(b) Making test bores 150mm dia total 01 nos by Manual Auger Method as per IS : 1892 on all types of soil, excluding boring in Weatherd Rock, maintaining necessary driving records and presenting test results in bore log form including taking out undisturbed / disturbed soil samples and conduting Standard Penetration Test at 1.5 m interval up to depth or any change of strata whichever occurs earlier (max . 3.0M Depth) and submission of two copies of final detailed set of report.(i) Conducting laboratory tests on representative soil and samples as per specification per bore hole :(ii) Field density and moisture content on soil(iii) Specific gravitty of soil(iv) Saturated and dry density test(v) Free swell index test |
| 8 | (vi) Grain size analysis for soil (vii) Atterberg's limits of soil(viii) Consolidation test on soil(ix) Box Shear test(x) Un-confined compressive strength test of soil including mobilization expenses towards cost of transportation of personnel, plant and equipment to site at the start of work and their withdrawal of work.(c) Preparation of structural design and drawingof RCC structure on STAAD Pro/ Etabs based on approved Architectural drawing and soil report as per relevant latest IS codes . The structural drawing shall be checked from any approved Govt. Engineering college for vetting. Final vetted Drawings should be submitted in 05 set in Hard copy (01 copy in tracing paper) and 01 set in soft copy(CD).(d) Preparation of detailed estimation and costing based on SSR- 2020(Part-II) and bill of qunatity(BOQ) and yardstick detail for the above mentioned building. |
| 9 | Providing consultancy services for architectural, structural, and elevation design of steel truss shed including preparation of all required drawings, design calculations sheet and BOQ (Appx area of shed 600 Sqm). Note: All designs shall be based on relevant IS codes (IS 800, IS 875 etc.(a) Architectural Drawings: Preparing and submiting Layout plan of shed, Sections and elevations,Roofing profile.(b) Structural Design & Drawings: Design of steel truss, purlins, columns, and bracing systemLoad calculations (Dead, Live, Wind) General Arrangement Drawing .Fabrication drawings and connection detailsFoundation layout with anchor bolt details (if required)(c) Preparation of detailed estimation and costing based on SSR- 2020(Part-II), bill of qunatity(BOQ) and yardstick detail for the above mentioned building.Note : Structural as well as Architectural design and drawings shall be vetted/checked by any reputed Government Engineering College.Final vetted drawings shall be submitted in 05 hard copy sets, 01 copy in tracing paper and 01 soft copy in CD .
