Downloading the meter reading through CMRI/LPR instrument and feeding successfully into UPPCL’s appropriate billing system.

Reading of consumer’s meter where meter reading could not be done through CMRI instrument and submission of meter reading for billing purpose.

Generated bills of consumers, using UPPCL's appropriate billing system and deliver the bill to consumers by whatsapp/email/sms within 24 hrs and maintain record of reciept of bill by consumers through email/whatsapp/SMS (mandatory).

Printing of generated bills using UPPCL’s authorized billing system and delivery of physical bills to consumers by hand, along with obtaining digital acknowledgment. Additionally, intimation of bills shall be provided through SMS and email, and proper records of bill delivery and acknowledgments shall be maintained (digitally)

Analysis of Meter MRI/Smart Meter data (if allowed by discom) and submission of detailed reports in both soft and hard copies for consumer meters on a rotational (shuffling) basis, to be completed quarterly, ensuring coverage of one-third of consumers each month.
