1. Providing consultancy Services for drawing and 1 Job structural drawing, feasibility study for drainage plan, construction of sump well cum cum pump room at RUB Kishan Ganj in CSPZ. The detail soope of work given below:-a. The scope of work is to conduct site inspection, assessment of existing condition, reconnaissance survey and collection of relevant data, collection and review of baseline date on hydro-geo logical and metrological condition of site including topographical survey of the area, calculation of runoff, laboratory analysis of the soil samples collected during the field studies and preparation of drainage and land use map and calculation of the drainage discharge of various drains of RUB Kishan Ganj and outfall etc. besides collection of further data which required for design of drainage system and sump well cum pump room in question. Preparation conceptual lay out of the drainage, pump room and sump well based on site conditions and functional requirements. Conducting soil investigation as per relevant codes and guidelines upto depth of 15m or refusal 15 Nos, bores submission of reports in 6 copies if required for structural component for the purpose of drainage, design and drawings.b. Structural design of sump well, pump room and allied civil works including foundation and waterproofing complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The design shall case operation, durability and safety. It should compliance with CPHEEO Manual, CPWD specification, IS codes, Delhi Jal Board (DJB) / CPWD norms, and other applicable standards.c. Hydraulic design for inlet/outlet, suction and delivery piping, and valve chambers:d. Mechanical and electrical design of pumping machinery, control panels, cabling and safety provisions. e. Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), reinforcement details. service layout, pump room layout etc. Submission of design report with and methodology, design assumptions, calculations of necessary components like maximum runoff.f. Submission of existing and working drawings in Hard Copy as well as soft copy-6 nos for the office of MCD.g. Submission of structural design & drawings of complete sump well cum pump room along with drainage plan of the area, detailed estimate, tender document etc. for invitation of the tenders in soft copy as well as in 6 hard copies. Preparation of details cost estimate based on CPWD/DSR/latest market rates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with item-wise specification.h. Submission of documents for review /approval of the department, incorporation of modifications suggested department/competent authority. Providing technical assistance during tendering stage and execution of work and submission of alternative design and drawings for any change due to any unforeseen exigencies at the site as per the requirements and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
