| 2 | Taking down ceiling/exhaust fans of any type and size after disconnecting from existing ceiling rose to connector and clamp hooks and transportation to MES Complaint Cell, cleaning externally, dismantling and examining the rotor, startor, bearings, bushes, etc; for serviceability and repairing/replacing the defective parts subsequently oiling, greasing, assembling, testing for proper functioning, checking for safety security and proper locking, transporting back to building/site from work shop, hanging at its original position and connecting electrical connections,complete servicing, testing for noise free smooth running etc complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. |
| 3 | Taking down old unserviceable rusted ceiling blades and providing new ceiling fan blades & screws as appropriate shape and size suitable for ceiling fans any make and size 1200mm/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | S & F in replacement new metallic clamps (minium 03 mm thick), rubber bush, nut bolt, washer and cotter pin and for various types of ceiling fans to complete the repair work complete all as specified and as directed by E-In-Charge. |
| 5 | M & L for painting of ceiling fans/exhuast fans along with blades of any make/model of size upto 1400mm sweep , cleaning thoroughly with sand paper,remove residue, three coats of supper enameled white colour paint over a coat of primer,dried in woven, printing MES No in 20mm letter size stamping template with black paint etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in - Charge.Note :-The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of hiring of painting equipment, taking down and shifting of celing fans at users site. |
| 6 | Taking out defective/worn out Ball Bearing of any make and supply and fix new bearing suitable for various makes of ceiling fans of size 1200 to 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed by E-In-Charge. |
| 7 | Taking out defective capacitor and supply and fix new capacitor of 2.5 mfd of approved make with holding clamp for various makes of ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed by E-In-Charge. |
| 8 | Taking out defective capacitor and supply and fix new capacitor of 3.5 mfd of approved make with holding clamp for various makes of ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed by E-In-Charge. |
| 9 | Taking out worn out Gun metal bush and supply and fix new Gun metal bush for various makes of ceiling fans of size 1200mm/1400mm sweep. (as per sample) complete all as specified and as directed by E-In-Charge. |
| 10 | Taking down Canopy supply and fix new canopy as approved suitable for Ceiling Fans of 1200/1400 mm sweep of any make/colour complete all as specified and as directed by E-In-Charge. |
| 11 | S&F in replacement of ceiling fan downrod of required height including drilling of holes and threads of dia 15 mm as per the site requirement as directed at site |
