Downloading the meter reading through CMRI/LPR instrument/ Mobile Application, its feeding into Billing system and uploading the MRI Data to the cloud storage (For consumer’s single meter)

Downloading the meter reading through CMRI/LPR instrument/ Mobile Application and feeding into Billing system. Also uploading the MRI Data to the cloud storage (For consumer’s main meter and its associated double pole meter)

Downloading the meter reading through CMRI/LPR instrument/ Mobile Application and feeding into Billing system and uploading the MRI Data to the cloud storage (For consumer's double pole meter where its main meter is AMR/Smart Meter)

Downloading the meter reading through CMRI/LPR instrument and feeding into UPPCL’s billing system. Also uploading the MRI Data to the cloud storage. For consumer meter (main meter), associated DP meter of consumer and substation/switchyard meter (maximum up to four meters only after the instructions of MVVNL)

Reading of consumers main meter where meter reading could not be done through CMRI/LPR instrument/ Mobile Application and submission of meter reading for billing.

Reading of consumers Pole meter where meter reading could not be done through CMRI/LPR instrument/ Mobile Application and submission of meter reading for comparison.

Generated bills of consumers, using UPPCL's appropriate billing system and deliver the bill to consumers by whatsapp/email/sms within 24 hrs and maintain record of reciept of bill by consumers through email/whatsapp/SMS (mandatory).

Printing of generated bills using UPPCL’s authorized billing system and delivery of physical bills to consumers by hand, along with obtaining digital acknowledgment. Additionally, intimation of bills shall be provided through SMS and email, and proper records of bill delivery and acknowledgments shall be maintained (digitally)

MRI data analysis and submission of detailed reports in both soft and hard copies for consumers having only a main meter and no double pole meter. However, for Government/Trusted consumers, MRI shall be conducted on a quarterly basis

MRI data analysis & submission of detailed report in soft & hard copy For consumer having main meter with double pole meter and substation meter if any (maximum up to four meters) The comparison of the energy & demand of main meter. double pole meter & substation meter shall be submitted to concerned distribution division and test Division.

MRI data analysis & submission of detailed report in soft & hard copy for consumer on quarterly basis having main meter (AMR/Smart Meter) with double pole meter. (wherever AMR/Smart Meter’s data is provided). (For data analysis only) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
