a) Internet Leased Line (ILL)1. Installation of 500 MBPS dedicated Internet Leased Line connectivity (1:1) with fixed IP address for use in every desktop/ laptop for pre-scanning ETPBS and data Entry in Encore Portal of Election Commission of India at each counting venue 2. The Networking link to be in dual path like under path and overhead 3. Fiber / RF for redundancy to offer highest uptime4. Backup another leased line internet connectivity have to provide from different service provider 5. Sufficient Network Engineer and Operator to be posted at each counting Venue and at road where the OFC passes.

b) Networking Setup in Desktop/ Laptop on hire basis1. Full Networking setup with OFC/ Managed L2-Network Switch/ Optical Router and Cat-6 for internal connectivity to each Desktop/ Laptops with fixed IP address 2. Installation Dedicated Desktop/Laptop with fixed IP address having i7 processor and minimum 8GB RAM/ Microsoft Office licensed version and patched up/ Antivirus with current definition should be installed on Desktop/ Laptop for each ETPBS scanning table with spare system with same configuration in day basis hire charge3. Sufficient Hardware Engineer and Operator to be posted at each counting Venue

c) QR Code Reader on hire basis to be setup in Laptop/ Desktop1. Handhold QR Code Scanner with USB connectivity for fast scanning of ETPBS which to be worked in fixed IP. Preferable Brand DATALOGIC QuickScan QD2430 / Honeywell Xenon 1900 / iBall 2D-S209 / MINDEO MD 6100AT / Unitech MS846 / Honeywell HH400 / ESYPOS EBS 3312 / NPoS N-620/N-6292. Sufficient Hardware Engineer to be posted at each counting Venue to avoid any fault in supplied QR Code 3.
