Routine maintenance and attending day to day complaints of electrical installations and compound/security lights alongwith allied fixtures & feeder pillars etc. including repairing the wiring and lighting fixture complete with carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of the electrical installation, lodging of electrical complaint in the complaint register, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance etc and providing assistance to the Engineer-in-Charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts issued by the department to the contractor & keeping the entire installation on functional mode including running maintenance & operation and general upkeep water supply pump sets in to fill up over head water tank for timely delivery of water supply and carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of pump sets and maintaining log book for above installation & keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying Two Nos Wireman Cum Operator & One No Khallasi in general shift on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required.
