| 1 | Taking down ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep, Exhaust fan of 280mm to 450mm, wall mounting fan of 400mm/450mm sweep from existing position, opening and reassembling after repairs/replacement of defective spare parts like bearing, bushing, capacitor, canopy, clamps, blades etc (except rewinding) including cleaning, greasing and refixing in position as directed and connecting with new flexible twin twisted copper conductor wire of size 0.75 sqmm from connector to ceiling fan and testing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Spare parts as required shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items as supply only). |

Note:(i) Servicing includes repairing of small leakages of copper shell, replacement of worn out GI studs, nuts, washers, cleaning of inner copper shell and outer cover with replacement of glass wool, rubber gasket and washer.
