Sculpture – “महोबा का पान (Mahoba’s Betel Leaf)” – Technical SpecificationDesiging, Providing, fabricating, and installing 10 ft high (7 ft sculpture + 3 ft plinth) FRP sculpture, executed in premium-grade UV-stabilized FRP laminates minimum 8 mm thick, manufactured using chopped strand mat (CSM) 450 gsm and woven roving 600 gsm with ISO-grade resin system, gelcoat finish and polymer hardener. FRP to be formed over a fabricated MS structural armature using MS square/round pipe section (minimum 50×50×2.5 mm thick), including full welding, grinding, stress-relief, and two coats of zinc-rich epoxy primer followed by polyurethane (PU) topcoat on metal elements. Surface finishing to include mirror-finish inlays fixed with industrial-grade adhesive as per approved motif layout and embedded Bundelkhandi folk motifs engraved or cast within FRP layer.Plinth to be constructed in M-20 grade RCC with reinforcement confirming to IS:456, shuttering with waterproof ply, finishing, and integrated chemical anchor bolts (Hilti/Equivalent) for anchoring MS frame to RCC. Plinth outer surface to be clad in polished red sandstone 20–25 mm thick, machine-cut, fixed using stainless steel cramps/clamps (Grade 304) and polymer-modified adhesive with pointing in pigment-matched epoxy grout. Sculpture – “शिल्पकला करते हुए बूढ़ा व्यक्ति (The Elder Craftsman)”Desiging, Fabrication of 11 ft high life-size artisan sculpture, executed in FRP 6–8 mm thickness, produced using hand lay-up process, reinforced with CSM 450 gsm and woven roving 600 gsm, surface gelcoat resistant to UV & atmospheric conditions. Internal MS support frame fabricated with IS 806/IS 1161 compliant steel tubes, welded as per IS: 816, ground smooth, inspected by dye-penetration testing at joints, and coated with zinc-rich epoxy primer and PU topcoat.Sculpted tools (hammer, chisel, stone block) to be integral FRP components reinforced with MS inserts where necessary. Sculpture includes internal LED illumination cavity with access hatch.
