| 8 | M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall, incl. complete removal of existing treatment and washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty on walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | M & L for preparation of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal reistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon aditives at 1.43 ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.90ltr/10sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
