Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc getting out in soft/ loose soil and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 CM complete and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying and spreading of dry (Ganga) sand, free from organic impurities for cushioning as in trenches 8cm depth below cable and 15cm above cable and punned to 10cm depth complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall be considered for measurement purpose.

M&L brick, sub class 'B' bricks laid dry, flat, length equal to width of brick over sand cusioning in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed
