Supplying and fixing Heavy Duty Perforated Drain Cover, size 600 mm x 900 mm, including frame, fabricated from mild steel conforming to IS:2062, with minimum thickness of 8 mm for cover and 10 mm for frame, designed to withstand heavy vehicular load (minimum 20-25 tonnes). The drain cover shall be hot-dip galvanized with minimum 80 microns coating for corrosion resistance and long-term durability in outdoor road conditions.(The cover shall have perforations or slots for efficient drainage and shall be machine-cut with lifting hooks provided. All edges to be properly machined and deburred to avoid sharp edges. The unit shall be flush with the surrounding surface and securely seated in the frame to prevent dislodgment due to traffic complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge)
