| 1 | Disconnecting the complete unit of Servo Controlled voltage stabilizer of capacity 30-100 KVA, 3 phase, 50 c/s, AC supply of Make- Vintec/ Blue Line/ ITE or as per existing make and overhauling of the same by cleaning, servicing all serviceable accessories including repairing/ replacing of all defective parts such as nut-bolts, washers and all other minor accessories as required at site with making all connections at both ends including providing lugs on existing cable and testing on full load after completion of repair / overhauling work complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (a) Contractor shall be quote the rate including required T&P chain pully and lifting material with transportation etc (b) Supply only spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. |

| 22 | De-hydration and filtration to transformer oil by oil testing machine upto specific di-electric value as per IE rule and IS at site of Servo control voltage stabilizer in 30 to 100 KVA capacity/ make/ model etc all including re-filling upto indicating level, cutting welding opening bolting to top cover of stabilizer with re-assembling and making connection in all as per existed complete as directed. Note : (i) Testing report in two copy shall be submitted by contractor in this office and required oil for re-filling shall be measured and paid against respective items. |

Note :-(i) Power Conditioning Units (PCU): PCUs shall be warranted for any manufacturing defect of bad workmanship for contract liability period from the date of completion of the work. (ii). During the period of Warranty the CONTRACTOR shall remain liable to replace any defective parts that become defective in the PCU, provided such defective parts are not repairable at site. After replacement the defective parts shall be returned to the CONTRACTOR. (iii) Bidder has advised to visit the site before quoting the rate . |

| 41 | Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
