| 2 | M&L for preparing unsurfaced / new water bound macadam(WBM) surfaces by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 10kg per 10 sqm over WBM surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm, depth not exceeding 50mm and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade 30 Pack (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to12 tonne power road roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | M&L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweepijng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags / by mechanical means to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen of grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen grade 30 pack (VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in mechanical hot mix plant and remixed material laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified in the relevant clause of SSR Part-I (2009) and complete all as specified and as directed.Note: (a) Rate deemed to be included for making goods of any undulation / damages in wearing surfaces, where semi-dense asphaltic concrete to be laid.(b) semi-dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix, bidder shall quote his rates considering the bitumen contents as 5.5%. |
| 8 | M&L for Painting centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc with hot applied thermoplastic compound paint, n.exc 10 cm width confirming to MORTH specification machanically applied to from 2.0 mm to 2.5 mm thick filim on road surface including cleaning and drying the existing road surface to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisture free surface before applying the paint etc. complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Supply and fixing of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions and all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | S&F in repairs dual directional reflective cat eye (Road glowstud) of impact resistant ABS Plastic 100x90x16mm of ultra voiletresistant yellow colour having micre prismatic/ cube cornerreflectors suitable for fixing with epoxy/ bitumen adhesive as per manafacturers specification / instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- Appropriate epoxyadhesive on the road surface shall be provided as per manufactues specification/instruction/ instructions before fixing the cat eye and the same deemed to be include in the unit rate quoted. |
| 11 | Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. |
