| 1 | Taking down the unserviceable geysers (water heater) of any type and size, disconnecting the pipe line connection inlet and outlet connections, dismantling, cleaning geyser tank body properly and removal of scaling etc, refixing the geyser after repair and connecting electric supply and testing of geyser for proper working complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Notes :- (i) Work shall be carried out at the site on routine basis , (ii) Spares i.e heating element, thermostate, ARV, NRV, PVC pipe, gasket, indicating lamps and grouting bolts etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch). |

| 32 | Taking down carefully by disconnecting electrical connection of unserviceable ceiling fans of any sweep and size from its position at different locations in cantt area and removing the same fan to MES store yard to keep in safe custody for repairing/ overhauling/ painting etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : Transportation of ceiling fans/exhaust fans from site location to MES store yard & back( MES store yard to site location) shall be made through proper issue/receipt voucher duly mentioning by MES rep. |

| 34 | M&L for dismantling of ceiling fan, segregation of unserviceable parts, cutting and removing out copper winding, cleaning the armature, rewinding of fan armature with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire with necessary insulating materials such as vertex paper, cotton tape, PVC insulation tape, Rotter soft etc varnishing with approved grade of insulation varnish and heating up, re-assembling the fan complete with replacement of unserviceable spares parts, (spare parts will be measured & paid separately) including necessary lathe work for fixing of bush/bearing greasing the same with approved grade of grease, making all electrical connection and including supply and fixing the following items (Split pin - 02 Nos, Connection block - 1 No and Insulation rubber bush. - 01 No) and including necessary transportion to workshop all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following sweeps of ceiing fans.
