TMT steel of approved make & painting of all external surface. Providing and applying cystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for water proofing management etc. for vertical and horizontal surfaces and swellable type water stop tape complete in all respect.(Note:- The specifications & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of soil of is not less than 8.75 tone per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of less than 8.75 tone per Sqm. than The contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. The difference in quantities from the standard drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+ Prevailing Ceiling Premium including providing and fixing automatic Electronic Water Level control Device and Construction of Plinth protection around OHSR with brick masonry toe wall with 40 mm thick CC 1:2:4 on top cover, 100 mm thick CC 1:8:16 & inside earth filling including overflow scour haudi complete in all respects.
