| 2 | Scope of supply including testing, inspection, documentation etc., shall be strictly as per Material Requisition and other documents which are part of RFQ. |
| 3 | Bidder's quoted prices are for complete scope as per MR and are inclusive of drawing and documentation charges for all supplies and services as per MR. |
| 4 | Bidders shall quote Freight charges considering Road Transportation up to Project Site as per the enquiry document. |
| 5 | Evaluation & Ordering shall be done on GROUPWISE BASIS considering cumulative landed value of FOR despatch point price & freight charges. The order shall be awarded on GROUPWISE BASIS basis, to the techno-commercially acceptable bidder who is lowest (L-1) in price for respective entire Group. Bidder to include prices of all Spares (Mandatory & Start Up and Commissioning Spares) as well as special tools & tackles as per MR requirement. |
| 6 | Bidder to clearly indicate 'Quoted' / 'Not Quoted' against each MR Group(s) in the price column in the unpriced Price Schedule. Bidders to submit Price in the Price Schedule in their Priced Bid. |
| 7 | Bidder to note that Technical loading, if any, shall be as per loading criteria if specified in the MR and the same shall be considered for evaluation. Hence, bidder shall quote accordingly. |
| 8 | Bidder shall quote prices for spares for 2 years operation and maintenance separately in the attached FORM-C to Price Schedule as per material requisition(MR).These spares shall be ordered by Owner / Purchaser separately. The price of these spares shall not be considered for commercial evaluation purpose. |
| 9 | Unit Price for each MR item (as per MR) shall be dervied based on the Price Percentage (%) breakup provided in FORM-D (for each MR Group) and the same item(s) rates shall be considered as unit rates of item(s) for addition/deletion purpose, as per MR. (Refer Sl. No. B40 of SIV). |
| 10 | Bidder to furnish Percentage Breakup of Prices in Form-D. Bidder to indicate breakup of prices of all the items within the group in percentage of the price quoted for that group. CUMULATIVE PERCENTAGE OF THE TOTAL GROUP SHOULD NOT EXCEED 100 PERCENT. |
| 11 | Quoted prices are firm and fixed till complete execution of the entire order and no variation on any account is allowed, unless otherwise categorically specified in RFQ documents. |
| 12 | In case of any discrepancy in the item description, quantity, etc. in the price schedule format vis-a vis the details provided in MR, the MR details shall prevail. |
| 13 | Bidder confirms that he has noted the contents of the Preamble to the Price Schedule, RFQ, Material Requisition, etc. and quoted his prices accordingly without any deviation. |
