The payment of items shall be regulated as below:(a) Payment of items of Schedule-A of Part-I ( DSR' 2023 (Vol I & II) ) and Part-II (Misc Items) Rate of Items as per schedule A of Part-I, DSR' 2023 (Vol I & II) and Part-II (Misc Items) = X Rate to be considered for payment = (X/1.2127) * (100 +/- Quoted percentage Rate) /100(b) Payment of items of Schedule-A (Part-III, Labour part) Rate of Items as per schedule A (Part-III) Labour = X Rate to be considered for payment = XFor Example :- If bidder wants to quote 5 % below on Schedule A (Part-I & Part-II) then the bidder has to mention figure as 5 and select (-) less sign.
