Supply of submersible pumping set of kirloskar/ KSB/ Sabar /crompton/calama make confirming to BIS:8034-1978 (latest with upto date ammendments) fitted with bronze impellers/suitable alloy directly coupled to squirrel cage/ slippering electric induction motor of same make as that of pump confiorming to BIS: 9283-1979 (latest with upto date ammendments) and totally water proof for submersible duty, isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber, grease packed lubricated bearings & Provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand vertical, loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor including water level guard, errection clamps, cable clips & depth gauge etc. The pump shall be suitable for operation on data given below:- 5 HP =1 Set

Supply testing and Commissioning of 5.00 HP PLC (Programmable logic controller) based fully automatic L & T Schneider and starter for submersible pump made out of 16 gauge sheet powder coated dust and vermin proof wall mounted and front opening door cover type switch board with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate one no automatically as per site requirement along with design timing which can be acted as and when requirement through PLC panel auto & manual mode, sensor less dry running, overload, over & under voltage protection, build in level in controller with corono time switch, 12A, SCHNEIDER, LCID (415V) with 16A TP MCB protection duly insulated with heat shrinkable Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing of water proof cable 3 core, 4mm2 as per IS 674-Part-II-1964 suitable for above pump set from starter to pump set subject to the approval of HPSEB authority as per the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of high steel carban rope size 5 millimeter square for holding of submersible pump set with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing laying jointing and fixing UPVC standered column pipe coupler type 50 mm dia having pressure 20 kg/ cm2 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.
