| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of electrically operated Three numbers Passenger Lift ( NDD-1, SDD-1, SDD Outer-01 No) Elevator of 1000 Kg capacity rack & pinion system, with double motor to operate G + 1, 13 M height for collapsible gate floor installed at Varun Block Inner lift { Make: MEKASTAR}, keeping the lifts and its accessories in perfect working condition including repair/renewal & replacement of all defective / worn out spare parts and supply & fixing minor spares, carrying out periodic checking of all instrument/ accessories/ controls as per schedule carrying out artificial load testing twice in the contract period at an interval of not more tan six months to ensure smooth / safe and efficient operation of lifts compete all as specified and directed.Note :- The contractor has to carryout the AMC of the lifts through OEM/their accerdited/auth agencies. |
| 2 | M&L Repairs to collapsible gate assembly incl. replacement of roller wheel of size as existing for any floor/ car including replacement of old unenviable rubber bushes and damaged grill handles with new ones and greasing etc., complete all as specified and directed. |
