Note for ser item No 1-6 :- The Transformer shall be IS : 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 with maximum total loses as per energy efficiency level 2 of IS : 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 and shall comprise of the following: - (a) HT cable box on primary side(HV) including Three Nos of porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete all accessories as required. (b) One cable box on LV side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cables and jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (g) One No 100mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer. |

| 8 | M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mmx600mm and 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected with 32x6mm size GI strip as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Earth pit chamber and RCC pit cover shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces.
