Complete repair of 120 HP, Kishore make non clog sewage submersible motor pump set no. 1, 2 & 3 at Juna Somwariya sewage pumping station including following works.

Transportation of motor pump set from site to work shop and after repair work shop to site loading, unloading by crane.

Complete dismantling of the motor pump set carefully and cutting and removing of old burnt copper wire from stator and cleaning of stator slot by CTC.

Providing & fixing of super enameled F-class insulation copper winding wire.

Providing of insulating material F-class insulating paper, fiber glass tap root, impire cloth, soldering wire etc as per required.

Cleaning of stator winding removing moisture & varnishing of stator winding by Dr. Back varnish, drawing and labor charges for fully rewinding of motor.

Providing and fixing of bearing no. BECBP 7319 SKF make

Providing and fixing of bearing no. 6316 SKF make

Providing and fixing of mechanical oil seal TC make carbon oil seal complete size 90 mm.

Providing and fixing of \\"O\\" ring.

Providing of cooling oil.

Providing and fixing of impullar as per required size and shap i/c balance etc complete

90 mm Shaft S.S. impullar to oil seal including 316 no. S.S. shaft.

Providing & fixing of 70 sq. mm unarmoured 4 core 440/1100 volt grade heavy duty copper power cable with complete other required work.
