| 43 | Security of work will be released after six month from the date of completion of the work if no defect has been found after six month. |
| 44 | All the civil work carried out in potable water on contractor own cost. No Payment will made by department. However in case of departmental water supply 1.5% deduction will be made from contractor’s bill for water charges for the item which involve water consumption. |
