Surface preparation, Treating the cracks, cleaning of survace with the help of various equipment wire brush etc. and surface to be made dirt, oil and foreign particles free. Once the cleaning is done the site area will be washed with watre to do away with micro fine particles from the water proofing area. All the area where water proofing job will be taken should be closed for normal foot trafic till .complete curing of water proofing job. Repair o surface with polymer modified mirtar (cement/ watr/ Fosroc nitobond SBRlatex) All the cracks to be repaired and filled with polymer midified mortar Any loose area present on the surface will also be repaired with PMM. Repair area will be required to cure for one day before application of water proofing coating on the surface will also be repaired with PMM. Repair are will be required to cure for one day before application of water proofing coating on the surface. Any pipe penetrations in the surface will be repaired and sealed with PMM. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Drilling and fixing injection packers in RCC members for cementitious grouting, drililng holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendations/ requirements cleaning the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles.Insert 12 mm dia 50-75 In m long PVC or equivalent injection packers in cleaned holes with fast setting mortar like renderoc plug or equivalent cut the packers by cut of whoel aller completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.Injection grouting : Supplying & applying plasticised expanding grout admixture cementitious grouts cebex 100 of Fosroc or equivalent having chloride content Nil as per BS 5075, Typical unrestrained expansion of upto 1% in general.The admixture should be mixed a 225 gms 50 kg of ement as per manufacturers specificationed as directed, Grouting of structural

Cracks (it any): Injection Nozzle Packing cracks: Drilling and foxing injection packers in RCC members for grouting, drilling holes in structureal members at theintervals 200 mm o to o or as per site requirements, cleaning the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles prssure grouting using moisture insensilive, low viscous epoxy grout conbextra EP 10(M) of Fosroc having mix density 1060 kg/ m3, compressivel 2) strength (ASTM D695)-60 N/mm2. Finally cut the projected nozzle and seal with RENDEROC HS EXTRA with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying waterproofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface unsing Bursh bond RFX Grey manufactured by Fosroc chemicals india PVT. Ltd and applied by Fosroc authoried applicator.Well cleaned, dry and leveled concrete surface shall be primed with Nitobond SBR LATEX (diluted with water in alratio of 1 part SBR LATEX:4 part :5 part cement) applied at coverage of 10 sqm / Litre (after dilution) following by application of Brushbond RFX Grey @ recommended consumption of 12-14 sqm / Pack for 1 mm thickness in two coats. Burshbond RFX is high performance Elastomeric cementitious water proof coating.It shall be applied in two coats at coverage rate of 12-14 sqm/ Pack to acheve a minimum WFT of 1 mm.
