Operation and day to day and routine maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations in 11 KV Power House, Pump House, Terminal Building, APD office, Engineering Office and other ancillary buildings in city side areas involving operation of 750 KVA/320/100 KVA DG sets, water pumps etc. attending to complaints/faults and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems, carrying-out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/ documents, including minor additions and alterations etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as per tender specifications, terms & conditions.
