| 1 | Construction of Base Foundation For grouting of ACDB Panel/control cubical in control room by mixing first class Bricks ,ballast, cement and course sand in the ratio 1:2:4. The work also including earthing of the ACDB panel with 25x6mm MS Flat strip (Provided by dept.) and painting of the earthing strip by green color paint Berger/luxo/asian make. All labour , material (excepting Earthing Flat ) and T&P shall be provided by contractor. |
| 2 | Laying of 02 Nos Al power cable of size 3.5x400sqmm/3.5x300sqmm (Provided by deptt.) below 50cm ground level including excavation of trench and laying of cable and putting 1st class bricks on its edges alongwith cable on both side filling the same with Yamuna sand and then putting bricks on 115mm side over the trench and then levelling and ramming the earth including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper complition of the work. |
| 3 | Supply and Fixing of 0.5meter long LT cable route marker at span of 10mtr including cc mixture in ratio 1:2:4 |
| 4 | Installation of New LT ACDB panel in switchyard as per direction of site incharge. This work also included earthing of LT ACDB panel from two sides. |
| 5 | Glanding of above Al power cable of size 3.5Cx400/300sqmm power cable by suitable glands (Provided by contractor) such as no insects/snakes/rats foreign material come inside the panels. |
| 6 | Termination and lugging of 3.5Cx400/50sqmm cable by lugs(provided by contractor), its crimping and connecting with equipments. |
| 7 | Openning of all termination of control cable 4/2corex2.5mm sq from old ACDB to all equipment for AC supply. |
| 8 | Termination of control cable 4/2corex2.5sq on New ACDB LT panel for AC Supply to all equipments as control panel, 33kv capacitor bank,CT,PT,CB,CRP,132KV Isolators,CT/PT Junction box & isolator box etc. And tightness Properly. |
| 9 | Following works are to be done for proper reconditioning of old LT Control Cubicle:a) Fixing of old control cubicle in switchyard.b) Replacement of locking arrangement and hinges of cubicle.c) Proper rubber beading around the cubicle.d) Reconditioning of existing 04 Nos. Aluminium Bus Bars for R, Y, B & Neutral.e) Replacement of damaged cover sheet of old cubicle of size (1.6 x 1.2 x 0.8) mtr with 16 SWG sheet and drilling of holes for cables including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. |
| 10 | Fixing and spray painting of old Control Cubicle of size 150×100×50 cm with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of superior quality light grey synthetic enamel paint after cleaning of rust, dust and oily surface. |
| 11 | Supply and fixing of 230V AC Red, Yellow and Blue color LED type Phase Indicators on ACDB Panel/Control Cubicle including drilling holes |
| 12 | Providing and Fixing of junction box of size 400x190x95 mm made of SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) Sintex or Equivalent make ISI mark with the help of brackets duly fixed with structure by nuts and bolts. The box consists of 01 No. 6 Amp. MCB Havells/L&T make glands and Bakelite terminal strip of 08 Nos. terminals both should be fixed in the box duly connected with cables. (LT power cable will be provide by Department) |
