Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)(Note:This includes demolishing of PQC in airfield pavement)

Removal of existing sealant and re-filling of construction, dummy and expansion joints in concrete pavement with fresh Polysulphide sealant confirming to BS 5212 - 1990 or IS 11433- 1995, i/c cleaning the joint upto required depth and disposal of rubbish upto a lead of 50 m, rounding of edges and applying Sealant primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide sealant and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealent on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealent and removing the masking tape after application of sealent et. complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying Expanded closed cell Polythylene foam 12mm dia Back-up rod confirming to ASTMC - 5249-95 or ASTMD-3575 construction joint & dummy joint etc as per the direction of Engineer In charge.

Providing and laying Expanded closed cell Polythylene foam 30 mm dia Back-up rod confirming to ASTMC - 5249-95 or ASTMD-3575 in expansion joint as per the direction of Engineer In charge.

Repairing of spalled concrete pavement joints/cracks/broken edges of pavement slabs, damaged pavement surface etc. of varying width with epoxy mortar like SHALIPATCH EC from STP or equivalent make of approved brand and manufacturer including necessary surface preparation with chiseling, wire brush etc. after applying compatible primer like Shaliprime PUM or equivalent as per the manufacturer specifications & direction of the Engg-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
