| 1 | Supplying, fabricating, laying, testing & commissioning of 150 mm 'C' class heavy duty G.I. pipe conforming to IS 1239 in line and level asper site condition including welding, fittings like elbows, bends, flanges at 12 mtr intervals or site condition, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the supports with suitable U clamp and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of etch primer of required shade complete as required ( Excluding cost of flanges and structural supports, which will be measured and paid seperately). |

The work includes providing base plates, anchor fastners/ bolts, clamps, and all necessary accesories for proper fixing, including two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, hire charges of tools and plants, cost of electrodes, other incidentals etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 11 | Dismantling and disposal of existing MS pipeline of various diameters including all fittings such as tees, bends, elbows, flanges, valves, etc., complete. The work includes cutting of pipes whereever required, disconnection from existing system, dismantling from supports. Servicable materials shall be stacked, and handed over as directed and unservicable materials shall be disposed of within the premises of 500 mtr lead, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
