| 5 | Supply, installation and testing of 33 KV outdoor type oil cooled combined CT-PT unit having CT ratio 200/1A, class 0.2S, burden 15 VA PT ratio 33KV/110V, class 0.2, Burden 30 VA in confirmation to IS 2705/1992 & 3156/1992. including pole mounted metering panel size not less than 450x900 x 400 mm.made out of 3.15 mm thick powder coated CRC sheet suitable to accommodate ABT meter and accessories complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Open Access Approvals, Installation and commissioning of the metering infrastructures including but not limited to inspection, Testing and Installation of Meter infrastructure ( item 1 above ) liaisoning work as listed below : |
| 7 | Project management and coordination with vendor/DISCOM/UPPCL for timely execution and installation of metering infrastructure complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Liason for getting approval from DISCOM and SLDC for acording Open Access for initiation of the subsequent activities and registration at UPSLDC including all standsrd process, documentation and obtain NOC complete all as specified. |
| 9 | Liason with metering and other allied wings of DISCOM and UPPCL for witnessing testing and installation, commissioning, sealing of the respective equipment and joint inspection report of all the meters to be installed at metering point complete all as specified and directed. Work in DISCOM's/UPPCL site, accessories and cable etc. |
| 10 | Final NOC for power commencement and scheduling from concerned TRANSCO/DISCOM/SLDC for making final delivery of power as per application duration & load requirement complete all as specified and directed. |

| 12 | Construction of foundation for the finalisation of installation of CT/PT complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Installation, commissioning, sealing of the respective equipment and joint inspection report of all the meters to be installed at metering point. Work in DISCOM's site including arrangement of crane, cable, welding, execution,transmission, hardware and cable accessories and cabling etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | (i) Electrical inspection of metering infrastructure by an authorised independent electrical inspector (ii) Electrical safety NOC at consumer premises. This includes in vendor scope and no extra payment will be made for it complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Final NOC for power commencement and scheduling from concerned Trading Centre for making final delivery of power as per application duration & load requirement of Open Access transaction complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | Labour charges towards cabling electrical and general hardware , installation of CT-PT arrangement for mounting of meter cublicle, welding etc. at metering point. (i) unit adjustment services at UPSLDC complete all as specified and directed. (ii) unit adjustment services at DISCOM complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Testing fee of NABL for performing meter testing in the presence of UPPCL Other Statutory fee for any requirement from SLDC and other authorities paid by consumers complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | NOC from concerned TRANSCO/SLDC for first installation complete all as specified and directed. |
| 19 | Regulatory support and assistance for the complete one year of services starting from the grant of Open Access complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The job includes arrangement of standing clearance/NOC/concurrence fron the Nodal agency (SLDC) for short term open access (STOA) for a period of one year to the MES facility 33 KV incoming power from UPPCL and implementin Open Access by accomplishing procurement of power for MES through Power Exchange Bilateral mechanism complete all as specified and directed. The scope of work also includes the following scope of work:- |
| 20 | (i) complete project management and coordination woith vendors for timely execution and installation of metering infrastructure. (ii) All required coordibnation with distribution licencee i.e. PVVNL, UPPTCL & nodal agency (SLDC) in arranging the requisute approvals for Short Term Open Acess (STOA) for the period of one year will be carried out by the vendor. (iii) Coordination in procuring ABT meters and coresponding CT/PT arrangement required for availing power in STOA complete with installation and providing requisite certificates and NOCs. (iv) Coordination for testing of meters by independent Authorised agency (NABL accredited) at consumer premises will be arranged by the vendor. (v) Requisite coordination with distribution/ third party electrical contractor & transmission lincesee for installation & sealing of meters at consumer premises. (vi) Submission of compliance reports & arranging final NOC/ concurrence for STOA for trading in Open Access for implementing purchase of power through Open Access. (vii) Monthly liasioning & consultancy for arranging NOC/ Open Acess approval from SLDC & Discom upto one year. (viii) Billing settlement on monthly basis with Distribution licensee upto one year. |
| 21 | SITE VISIT (i) The bidder is advised to visit and examine the site of work and its surroundings and obtain for itself on its own resposibility all info tha may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for the required job. The cost of visiting the site shall be borne by the bidder. (ii) The bidder or any of its personal or agents shall be granted permission by the employer to enter upon its premises and land for the purpose of suich visits , but only upon the express conditions that the bidder, its personal and agents will release and indemnify the employer and aits personnel ,agents from and against all liabilities in respect thereof, and will be resposible for deathn or injury, loss or damage to property and any other loss, damage costs and expense incurred as a result of inpection complete all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | The bidder shall not be entitled to hold any claim against MES for non compliance due to lack of any kind of pre requisite info as it is the sole resposibility of the bidder to obtain all the necessary info with regard to site , surrounding working condition , weather etc. on its own before submission of the bid . All statutory charges in respect of the above is included in the rate quoted. No extra payment shall be paid to the bidder complete all as specified and directed. |
