| 1 | Taking down ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall mounting fan, Padestal fan etc of any make, type & sweep including checking the serviceabilty of ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall mounting fan, Padestal fan etc in the presence of MES representative, transporting the same to work shop and refixing the same after replacing of unserviceable parts all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : Any unsv parts reqd for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule as supply only. |
| 2 | Dismantling and Removing old burnt copper/aluminium wire winding of ceiling fans of any size & sweep of any make and rewinding with new enameled super copper wire of existing gauge as per old copper winding incl providing insulation by varnishing (golden), cleaning, oiling, greasing etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The super enameled winding wire is to be provided shall be any one make of Devidayal/Usha/ Chetak of appropriate gauge as directed. |
| 3 | All as per Item No 2 as above but for Exhaust fan of any size & sweep of any make. |
| 4 | All as per Item No 2 as above but for Wall mounting fan of size & sweep of any make. |
| 5 | Dismantling carefully all parts of ceiling fans/ Exhaust fan/ Cabin fan/ Table Fan of any size & sweep of any make, cleaning, oiling, greasing etc. and fix new rubber round clip, quarter pin bolts and nuts etc. as required and refixing all the parts and testing all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. |

| 23 | Supply only fan motor(copper winding) assembly ,AC single phase,230 V , suitable for existing 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan including capacitor, ball bearing,motor stator/Rotor, housing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 24 | M&L for attending of complaint noted on daily basis at complaint cell Shikargarh for Unsv storage type water heater by disconnecting the electric connection and water inlet/outlet connection the from main and repairing the water heater storage type capacity 25/35/50 ltrs of any type and make, Checking the serviceability of all parts such as inner vesser, rubber gasket, non return valve, heating element, thermostat etc and refixing the same after replacing of unserviceable parts and assembly complete (considered as one unit) and installing and testing the same as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note : All unsv parts if reqd to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch 'A' as supply only. |
