| 1 | Dismantling and taking down of the existing serviceable/ Unserviceable pressed steel plate of size 1.25 Mtr X 1.25 Mtr X 6 mm thick (bottom and side of the tank) including Nut & Bolts from existing over head pressed steel tank erected on 2.5/4 Mtrs high staging by unscrewing/Opening/cutting the nut bolts joint including joining materials complete all as directed.Note: (a) Serviceable plates shall be segregated and stacked properly in safe custody duly cleaned at site of work for re-use and all other unserviceable plates nut bolts and washers etc shall be removed from site of work as directed. (b) Cost of staging/working platform as involved for the above operation in deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. |
| 2 | S&F pressed steel plate of Size 1.25M x 1.25M x6.00 mm thick suitable for steel over head tank at 2.5/4 Mtrs high staging as per existing one (as use in bottom side plates) including tightening of Nut, bolt with washers & provision of necessary lead wool/lead pig/lead wire & rubber gasket over and including applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint (suitable for drinking water) on inner surface and two coats of aluminium paint on outer surface over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Necessary New nuts, bolts, washers will be measured & paid separately |
| 3 | Refixing only serviceable MS plates as obtained from item No. 01 after cleaning/brushing of foreign dust particle as in side & bottom plates of PS overhead tank, fixed with necessary nuts, bolts, washers & provision of necessary lead wool/lead pig/lead wire, rubber gasket etc including applying one coats of black bituminous lead free paint (Suitable for drinking water) on inner surface and one coats of Synthetic enamel paint on outer surface after preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.Note:-Necessary New nuts, bolts, washers will be measured & paid separately. |
| 4 | Dismantling /Cutting including taking down the existing worn out MS plate top cover of pressed steel tank complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Supply and fix 3.15 mm thick MS plates/ Sheets as in top cover of PS overhead tank 64000/ 10000 Gallons capacity, erected on 2.5/4 Mtrs high staging, fixed with necessary nuts, bolts, washers etc including applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint (Suitable for drinking water) on inner surface and two coats of Synthetic enemel paint on outer surface over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.Note: Necessary New nuts, bolts, washers will be measured & paid separately. |

| 8 | S&F MS Joist, channel, angle or tee section of grade Fe-410-S cut to required size & shape for bracings, supports & clamps including welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Refixing of old serviceable mild steel framed work as ladder, cleats as obtained from item No. 07 and similar work in water tank complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M & L for preparation of new untreated surfaces of steel surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint (Suitable for drinking water) over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Dismantling /Cutting Taking down the existing serviceable/unserviceable Mild Steel Screw Bolts of size 12- 16 mm from pressed steel tank at the height at 2.5/4 Mtrs high staging complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | S&F Mild Steel Screw Bolts of size 16-20 mm (Machine Made) with Hexa-gonal or Square Heads at One End and Screwed the Other or Screwed Both Ends each Screwed End to be fitted with Washers and One Hexagonal or Square Nut, diameter of Shank and Length of Bolt as ordered, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 13 | Fixing only serviceable Mild Steel Nut & Bolts (Machine Made) with washer as obtained from item No.1,4,7&11 here in before of size 12-16 mm dia after repair/ cleaning properly with Hexa-gonal or Square Heads those are found serviceable from item no 1,4,7&11 above complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | M & L for Cleaning of overhead pressed mild steel tank located at various places inside the cantt Area of capacity upto 10000 Gallon using following stages cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals mechanize etc before starting process of cleaning including writing date of cleaning using black/white paint complete all as specified and as directed.(a) Mechanized Dewatering (b) Sludge Removal(c) High Pressure Cleaning (d) Vacuum cleaning(e) Antibacterial sprayNote: For item No 14 to 17(i) All safety measures to be taken into consideration for execution of work. (ii) Cleaning of tank to be carried out in accordance with the schedule, publilshed for the purpose of cleaning of tank. (iii) All cleaning material, tools shall be provided by the contractor. (iv) Refilling of water shall be done by department. (v) Rate deemed to include to provide safety belt / ladder etc as required at site. (vi) The labour engaged by the contractor shall be provided by the insurance coverage . (vii) Cleaning the surrounding area of OHT/UG/ to the radius minimum 3 m. (viii) Rate are inclusive of pump required for draining of UG tank water. |
