DIN VDE 0304 part 3. UL subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested al Glow Wire test for 960 deg. Cent. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures i.e. the Degree of Protection against Mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08 and the box shall be Hensel/Schneider/ABB (size suitable for termination of 2 x 10mm2 Armoured aluminium cable) make only. The job includes supply and fixing of MS Clamp or required size. The Clamp is to be fixed on the backside of the box including welding/drilling of holes complete in all respect and to be fixed on LT- RCC/ Steel tubular pole/ Wall at as certain height upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

Supply & laying of ISI marked 2 core 10 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminum conductor armoured cable (PVC Sheathed) of make Havells/ Finolex/ Cirtina/ Ecko/ Lapp/ Polycab/ KEI conforming IS:1554 (Pt.1) amended. The cable shall be laid as per DSR Code 7.1.2/2022 MV CBPIP (external). The cable should be terminated existing/ new cc collar with proper thimbling. The job included fixing of MS Clamp of the 2 meter length of armoured cable and all connections, commissioning and testing of phase supply complete in all respective to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. | 5 | Supply & Laying of flexible PVC insulated FR PVC sheathed 3 Core 1.5 mm2 Copper Cable conforming to IS - 694:2010 of make KEI/ Havell's/ Cirtina/ Finolex/ Lapp/ Polycab within the already erected 9 mtr Steel Tubular Pole and within bracket fitted on pole with the help of ladder/crane. The job include the cost of dismantling & re-erection fitting, bracket, managing traffic using proper precaution, making the required connection as started above and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge precautions of the work. |
| 6 | S/E of steel tubular ISI marked pole I.S.410 SP-60 Swaged and welded in three steps 12 mtr. long High Electric Pole & weight 208 kg with the following specifications:-The pole shall have a sectional length of 5-80-3.10-3.10 The outside dia and thickness shall be 165.1x5.40mm. 139.7x4.50 and 114.3x3.65mm. The pole shall be erected 2 mtr. Below ground level in 12” Internal dia RCC readymade muff. (2 mtr. long) The gap between the pole and muff shall be filled with cement concrete 1:2:4.. The cost includes all labour and material including carriage to the site of work. The bottom portion upto 1.25 Mtr. of the pole should be painted with two coats of black bituminous paint after removing the dust. Also includes cost of drilled MS plate 5mm thick of 1’x1’ size duly welded with 1.5’ GI pipe canopy suitable for existing Luminaire to be fixed on the pole in such a way so that its angle of elevation may be changed as required. The job shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 1 No. Each 13893 of 9 Meter and welded in 3 steps and having approximate Wt. 108 Kgs. With the following specifications:-a) The poll shall have cross-sectional length of 5.00, 2.00, 2.00 Mtrs.b) The outside dia and thickness shall be114.3x5.40mm, 88.9x4.85mm and 76.1x3.25mm.c) The pole shall be erected 1.50mtrs. Below the ground level in 8” internal readymade RCC muff.d) The gap between the pole and the muff shall be filled with the cement concrete 1:2:4.The cost includes all labour and material including carriage to the site of work. e) The bottom portion of the pole shall be painted with two coats of black paint after removing the dust/rust.The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Supply and Erection of round shape bracket made out of G.I. pipe 40mm dia as per drawing i.e. inner dia of the round bracket should be 1.5 meters. The pipe ring shall be supported with four No G.I pipe supports welded at the centre with a conopy shaped pipe of size 5” dia and 0.45 mtr long to be erected on the top of the pole for supporting the fittings. The round Bracket and conopy shall be joined together in such a way that it shall give a symmetrical look. The job includes the drilling of sufficient number of holes in the bracket to erect the fittings and all material i.e. painting, grinding, welding, fabrication, drilling, nuts and boalts etc to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Painting & Numbering of Poles 10/12 mtr. Long: - (Without Snowcem and Red Paint) Painting of poles above ground level with two coats of paint of Silver Colour Nerolec/ Asian/ ICI duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The pole surface should be cleaned well by removing dust/ rust & other depositions & smoothened with the sand paper/Iron brush & proper filling be made before painting. For numbering of poles the base should be painted with yellow and the number should be written in black letters of 3” in length. The cost includes painting of Danger Sticker in Existing Street Light Poles. The Danger sign's shall be written on each pole on it's two sides with red paint on yellow base to be show to warning about hazard as threats which are essential to safety for General Public. The job includes all type of petty material require to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | S/E of CC Collars including following:- a) The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made from cement concrete 1:2:4 with outside dia 20”. b) The collar shall be embedded in the group upto 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have housed 12” high SMC Box and 6” top over the box.c) The collar shall be provided with 2 G.I. Pipe of 40mm dia and 45cm long to facilitate entry of cables in the junction box after digg out the cable loops from earth complete in all respects, connections etc.d) The collar shall be plastered properly finished, curing and painted with 2 coats of Apex paint of superior quality.e) Providing and Fixing junction box of size 250x200x100mm inside dimensions of thermosetting sheet moulding compound material of robust construction with double hinge, side clamp locking arrangement. The existing ckt cable loops be made properly connection after digging from the earth and refilling the same position. There should be a terminal Strip (Thimble type) 30 amp, rating suitable for minimum 4x16 sq.mm aluminum cable termination. The sheath of the armoured cable should be properly thimbed with the pole for proper earthing. Curing of CC Collar must be done as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The junction box should have two numbers PVC Glands with sufficient space for cable entry and loose wires complete in all respect. |

The cable to be laid in trench/ pipe as per DSR Code 7.5.1/2022 MV CB PIP-25 Part-II (External).
