Providing and fixing of Hut 14’x14’ and 8’ above ground level & 2’ below ground level made of 4” dia MS pipe medium class. MS angle iron 30x30x3mm, MS plate 9”x9”x8mm and MS pipe 1 ½” x3” ( 14bg). The ceiling made with corrugated sheet ( 20 bg. ) powder coated on MS pipe 1 ½” x1 ½” ( 16b.) 1”x1” (16 bg.) and on the top MS sheet ridge piece of 20 gauge. The MS pipe 4” dia grouted with C.C. 1:2:4 in columns including steel and kota stone flooring to be laid on C.C. 1:8:16 in between toe wall and complete hut. Ceiling of corrugate sheet is to be painted with special quality paint over one coat of primer complete as per drawing and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of steel pipe benches of size length 6’, seat width 18”, Back width 15”, four legs height 20” each with all the frame of seat and back made out of 1” ( 25mm) nominal bore 2”x1” ( 50x25 mm) of 14 gauge 4 strips in the back and 5 strips at the bottom with MS flat support of 1 ½” x 3/16” (40x5mm) strips in the centre of the below and back seat and provided to legs having arranged for embedded nicely welded. The rate shall includes the priming coat ( special quality complete on all exposes and also 4” long anchorage piece welded at the bottom of the legs. The benches shall further be embedded in ground in cement concrete 1:2;4 block of size 1’x1’x1’ complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing of steel tree guards consisting of 03 nos. 12 mm dia MS bars 5’-6’ long including 1’-11” dia 03 nos. rings made of 10 mm dia MS welded with verticals MS bars at top, middle lower from 2’ center to center. The rates further includes the cost of IRC fabrics welded mesh 11 gauge 1”x3” i.e. 4’-0” high and 1’-111/2” dia welded with outer side of rings. The rate also include the cost of two coats of special quality paint over one coat of primer, MS sheet ( as name plate) of size 3”x2”x2mm welded on IRC fabric . The tree guard shall further be embedded in ground in cement concrete 1:2:4 of block size ½’x1/2’x1’x3 Nos. complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
