| 4 | Repairing of damaged/rusted ST Pole by welding 4 no., 50x6 mm angle minimum 4 fit long at an interval of 90 degree, caging along with grouting in ratio of 1:4:8 cement, stone, grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand & bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly (All required material to be provided by contractor) |
| 5 | Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthings of 8.5/9/11 Mtr long STP in place of damaged/unrepaired STP of 11 KV/ L.T. Line with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like one no. cross arm, one no. guarding angle, grouting ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone, grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand & bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly (Grouting, plinthing and all material required as per site will be arranged by the contractor except pole. Carriage of pole from store to site of work, and damaged pole from site of work to store will be done by the contractor). |
| 6 | Dismantling of old LT/HT supports 8.5/9/11 mtr long STP along with all accessories on pole such as Pin Insulator, Disc Insulator/ Fitting, Cross Arms, M.S. Channels etc. and carriage of poles etc. from site to store Naini/Power House. |
| 7 | Replacement of Damaged LT distribution box for ABC with new one & making proper incoming & outgoing LT connection. |

| 9 | Opening of service connection of consumers from LT line. |
| 10 | Opening of binding on each pole of loose L.T. Line/ABC and Tightening of loose conductor on insulator complete in all respect. |
| 11 | Opening of binding on each pole of 11 KV line and tightening of loose 11 KV line conductor on insulator complete in all respect. |
| 12 | Replacing damaged guarding of HT/LT lines by making New Guard for maintaining proper gap between phase and ground. |
| 13 | Fixing stay insulator in stay wire where stay insulator not fitted earlier. |
| 14 | Replacement of broken/damaged insulator of H.T./L.T. Lines. |
| 15 | Re-connection of service connection of Consumers after verification. |
| 16 | Replacement/repairing of damaged ABC cable by new ABC as per site requirement with stringing and mounting at pole. (only ABC cable provided by the department and all others material like LT Tape, Clamps etc will be arranged by the contractor.) |

| 18 | Carriage of Transformer Trolley from Urban Store to site of work, opening of HT & LT connection from existing T/F shifting of 11/.4 KV 630/400/250 KVA T/F from existing damaged plinth to mobile trolley, re-energize the T/F on mobile trolley after making all HT/LT connections. Repairing of damaged T/F Plinth of size 1.5x1.5x1.25 Mtr. (suitable for 630/400/250 KVA Transformer), by breaking the old plinth structure up to 8” from top and cover the plinth top with Iron mesh of 8 mm rod around it and fill the mesh with cement, sand and gravel in ratio 1:2:4 upto 6” of thickness, with fixing of two nos. MS Channel of size 100x50 mm 1.5 M length on the top. Opening of HT & LT connections of T/F installed at mobile trolly & re-shifting of T/F on repaired plinth & making all HT & LT connection & re-energize the T/F as per instrucion of SDO/JE in-charge.
