Cleaning and preparing the surface of old RCC/old plaster by removing loose cover by sander /grinder for application of new treatment including all tools, machinery, tackels etc. complete with labours. (rate Excluding GST)

Providing and flooding high molecular weight lowest viscous thermoset Monomer MONOPOL (<10CPsviscocity) at the dosage of 2Kg/sq m on the deck bridge slab for rendering intrinsic impermeability, improving cohesion and sealing micropores in deck bridge slab. The procedure includes cleaning the slab with wire brushing and air blowing, flooding the slab at the dosage of 2Kgs/sqm over cleaned surface and brooming it further to allow fullest penetration and complete receival inside the concrete.The material shall have following properties: Material-Low viscosity high molecular weight thermosett resin grout,Viscosity-Less than 10 centipoise per second, Mechanical strength properties of the material (after7days) Compressive strength (ASTM-D-695-96) Min 60MPa,Tensile strength(ASTM-D-638-95) Min. 18 MPa, Flexure (ASTM-D-790-96) Min. 30 MPa.

Providing and applying well mixed polymer cement slurry in ratio1:2 over well soaked but surface dry concrete and steel rebar for adhesion of fresh cement and sand mortar as per specification as directed etc. complete.(item includes use of polymers like sikalatex or similar materials of relevant specification and scaffolding for height 8 to 10 meter.)

Providing and applying RP-100 polymer modified repair plasters a high quality polymer modified cement based ready mixed plaster mortor, which has very high strength and is crack resistant and has good adhesion to all concrete, including all coasts of labour and material as per directions of engineer in charge etc. complete (Rate excluding GST)

Providing and Applying ACPRS-PLCR system Primer followed by PLCR system finish coat to the internal surface having two component system non toxic, solvent free, low VOC,safe for contact of potable water and food stuff when applied on exposed concrete/steel surfaces. Manufacturer should have the Dakks certification as well as 9001:2015 accredited for manufacturing and formulation. ( Rate Excluding GST)

Providing and applying Dr. Fixit (Pidilite) Primerseal (Grade II) or equivalent in one coat after preparation of surface as pore filling primer removing scales, loose particles etc. to receive raincoat including cost of material labour transportation etc. complete (rate excluding GST)
